good. I can definitely tell I am out of practice, but improving. |

Woke up early, went to work, yoga, NO DAIRY, spent time with H. |

4 – Tired, ready for bed. My stomach hurt really, really bad.
Sharp pains in my stomach. |

NO DAIRY! Remained focused at work. Entered grades right away. |

What can I improve on? |
I need to bring healthy snacks to work with me. I have been
eating a lot of salty foods lately. |

Taught my class more hip openers. Felt better than the time before. I am slowly getting stronger and more flexible. |
