Day 36: Getting Stronger


 Today was Upper Body Fix and day 1 of my second round with the 21 Day Fix. I was feeling strong and wanted to challenge myself so I bumped my heavy weights up to 10's and my light weights to 5's. I was able to stick with each exercise without stopping about 90% of the time (wooh!)

Food was simple today. Green berry shakeo with mango and strawberries for breakfast; Chinese food which included hout and sour soup and yellow shrimp curry for lunch; and another round of delicious chicken tacos for dinner! I'll probably have some grapes for dessert.

It was a good day overall and I'm looking forward to starting the 21 Day Fix again and seeing how much progress I make.
