About

Hi and welcome to my journey through life!

My name is Jaymee and I'm a whole bunch of things like a wife, full time employee, fur-baby mama, author, blogger, poet, foodie, student, and adventurer. I live in Wyoming with my dogs, cats, and husband and am studying Geology at the University of Wyoming. I have HUGE aspirations and dreams and everyday I get closer to realizing them.

I love motivating other people to make healthier life decisions and to inspire action in reaching long lost goals. The best feeling in the world is accomplishing a lifelong dream and I've just recently done so by becoming a published author. I write under the name Beaux Cooper and am published under the house of Tirgearr Publishing. My first novel, Dust, taught me a lot about life - the biggest lesson being that we never have to be just one thing in our lifetime.

Here are a few things I'm working on:

Confidence: I just recently rediscovered my inner light and spirit and I'm having a hard time being real, being proud, and continually being that person. But I'll get there.

Fitness: I'm an out of practice yoga instructor who doesn't have a lot of time to exercise anymore so I've taken on a new challenge to work out and work out hard for at least thirty minutes a day. I'm also coupling that with a healthier diet and portion control.

School: I'm a full time student at the University of Wyoming where I'm working toward my BS in Geology. I have plans to take this all the way to a PhD. I will be spending the entirety of my thirties in school. It's all for a good cause, though, because once I'm done I'll be able to apply for NASA's astronaut program and in the meantime work as a geoarchaeologist! Life is rad!

Writing: I have two follow up books in the works for Dust and then a separate, genre hopping novel planned afterward. I need to get my pen into gear and start writing up these stories!

Travel: Somewhere new every year - that's the plan at least. I hope to be able to travel to a new country, experience new cultures at least once a year.

Life: Live it. Plain and simple. It's time to kick the Netflix habit and start living again.

Thanks for joining me!

Best,
Jaymee
